Job Title: Client Success Manager Experience: 5 to 8 years Work Mode: On-site (with monthly client visits) Functional Area: Client Servicing / Account Management / Marketing Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven Client Success Manager to lead our client servicing efforts. You will manage a team of Client Partners and Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to our existing clients. This is a strategic role focused on client satisfaction, team performance, and relationship retention. The role also involves monthly travel to client sites to conduct performance reviews and strengthen relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team handling client communication and digital marketing delivery Act as the primary point of contact for key clients Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing outputs Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve retention Conduct monthly on-site visits for relationship building and client feedback Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals Prepare reports and insights on client performance and satisfaction Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team leadership and organizational abilities Comfortable with occasional travel (once a month) Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
