Job Overview The Client Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by managing their accounts and building strong customer relationships. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in client management. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in client management Must have experience in upselling and cross-selling. Must have experience in revenue maintaining. Strong communication and negotiation skills Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Must be proficient in Hindi. Males preferred. Must be ready to work in night shift Roles And Responsibilities Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Develop a deep understanding of clients" needs, goals, and challenges Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns Proactively identify opportunities for clients to increase their usage of our services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on client performance Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement.
