Job Title: Client servicing Manager Job Description : Looking for a friendly and customer-service-oriented Client Relationship Manager who can create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change. Job Objectives : To grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them Build new strategies that can help in boosting the growth of the company Build, strengthen and maintain the companys relationship with its clients Roles & Responsibilities Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically Collect client feedback about their experience Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Qualification & Demonstrated Skill/ Knowledge- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in all MS Office applications. A team player with leadership skills Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
