Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the video production or creative industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for understanding and exceeding client expectations. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
