Responsibilities Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner Assisting clients with identifying their needs and providing solutions Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful professional relationships Use tools such as App Annie, and Mobile Action to conduct keyword research and justify your selection with data Collaborating with account managers & internal teams to ensure 100% timely execution of campaigns Working actively to prepare & participate in the client-facing meeting Creating convincing progress summaries with the help of data representation using Google Workspace Using tools like Slack, Trello, G Suite, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, App Annie, Mobile Action, etc. Requirements In this role, you will be expected to possess excellent written and spoken English skills as well as a sound knowledge of MS Office. If you have superior customer interaction skills, a knack for problem-solving, and strong project and report-writing capabilities, this position could be the perfect fit for you Outstanding customer service, project management, and report writing skills to help the company continue to drive exceptional results Have good command over language & should be able to steer a conversation Someone who is immensely confident when it comes to speaking on calls & presentations Should be able to pre-plan tasks & work with multiple teams,
