Client Servicing About this Position Experience 5 + years of experience in insurance industry Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide clients with information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time. Monitor and manage policy renewals to ensure timely renewals and retention of clients. Proactively reach out to clients before policy expiration to discuss renewal options and address any concerns. Assist clients with the claims process, from initial reporting to final resolution. Liaise with the claims department to ensure timely and fair processing of claims. Address and resolve any client complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
