Job Description
As a Client Service Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and effectively managing their queries. Your role will involve close collaboration with our Client Service and Quality Assurance teams to consistently deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include regular communication with clients through phone and email, building strong business relationships by understanding their requirements, and acting as the main contact for client inquiries. You will work closely with the QA teams to ensure superior service delivery, promptly resolve client issues within SLAs, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and actions taken. Additionally, identifying revenue-generating opportunities and meeting KPIs will be key aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in handling UK/US clients, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be available for night shifts. Strong organizational abilities, adaptability, patience, empathy, and attention to detail are also essential traits for this role.,
