About the Role: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution. Understand client needs, strategize campaigns, and oversee execution across digital, creative, content, and media verticals. Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies for better results. Maintain strong client relationships by providing innovative solutions and exceptional service. What Were Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably from an advertising or digital agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
