Job Description

The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating sales leads for industrial valves, fittings, and accessories. Your role will require strong communication skills, customer engagement, and sales support. Your key responsibilities and activities include making outbound sales calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally. You will also be tasked with identifying potential customers, following up on inquiries to drive sales, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and understanding their needs. It is essential to clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Your performance will be measured based on daily call volume and response rate, lead conversion percentage, customer engagement and satisfaction score, follow-up effectiveness, and sales pipeline. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement. The work schedule will be in the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
