What Youll Do Own the candidate journey from the moment the agreement is signed to the moment they land in the U.S. Manage communication between nurses, credentialing, immigration, and deployment teams to ensure no detail falls through the cracks. Track and update candidate progress through licensing, documentation, and pre-deployment milestones using our internal systems. Troubleshoot obstacles with speed and empathy to keep candidates moving forward. Build relationships with international nurses that build trust and reduce anxiety during a major life transition.
