Job Description
Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers by resolving complaints quickly and efficiently. Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales and provide support from sales booking to transaction closure. Coordinate with all teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain customer database and communicate company updates. Ensure all client leads are met and existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. Request genuine feedback and provide support on company products or services. Understand and solve client queries effectively. Key skills for Client Relationship Management include a polite disposition, ability for rigorous follow-up, confident communication (both verbal and written), adaptability, proactive approach, thorough product knowledge, availability on calls, and preference for female candidates with soft skills.
