Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers. Act as the main contact for customer questions, complaints, and feedback. Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service problems. Help create and implement strategies to retain customers. Conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction and analyze the results to guide business strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and relationship management role. (preferably in manufacturing sector) Excellent and confident communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
