Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your key duties will include identifying and addressing client needs and concerns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback, assisting in the development of strategies to enhance customer experience, and managing client accounts to ensure timely follow-ups. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel as needed are also required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in customer relationship management, sales and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
