Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist at AstaGuru in Mumbai. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for Acquiring & managing UHNI client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and effective communication with buyers and consignors on a daily basis. Qualifications Graduate bachelor's degree in Art History, Business, or related field Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support experience Client Relations expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the art or auction industry is a plus Preferred Candidate- AstaGuru is looking for a Client Relations Specialist for UHNWIs.
