Job Title : Client Recruiter Associate (CRA)
Working Hours : 9 hours 30 minutes per day
Working Days : 6 days a week
Compensation : 20,000 - 25,000 (Based on skills and experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Client Recruiter Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an integral part in managing and conducting telephonic interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience for candidates, based on a structured script provided by our client. Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200 outbound calls daily to potential candidates for recruitment, screening, or follow-up purposes
• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates using a structured interview script provided by the client.
• Accurately document candidate information and responses in the company's software system.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through courteous communication.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an efficient recruitment process.
• Assist in the screening of candidates, ensuring alignment with qualifications and interview guidelines.
• Support recruitment strategies to effectively match top talent with suitable job opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is advantageous but not required.
