Job Description
Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Communication:Acting as a primary point of contact, communicating with clients via various channels (phone, email, in-person), and relaying information between the client and internal teams. Issue Resolution:Addressing client inquiries and concerns, investigating problems, and finding suitable solutions.
