We are looking for a smart and proactive Client Engagement Specialist to join the Aries Clinic team. Your role is vital as you will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers. As the first point of contact for individuals, your communication skills will play a crucial role in making a positive impression. The position of Client Engagement Specialist is based at Aries Clinic in Dubai. As part of the compensation package, you will receive an industry-best salary along with commission for each successful conversion. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Contact incoming leads and successfully convert them into confirmed appointments. - Conduct follow-ups with potential clients who have not yet booked their appointments. - Confirm and remind clients about their upcoming appointments to ensure attendance. - Act as a liaison between doctors and clients for appointment rescheduling purposes. - Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with updated lead status and relevant notes. - Cultivate relationships with recurring clients to promote customer retention. - Inform existing customers about special offers, packages, or new treatments available at the clinic. Who You Are: - Possess excellent phone etiquette and have the ability to engage effectively with individuals. - Familiarity with or willingness to learn about aesthetic and dental services such as laser hair removal, facials, teeth whitening, aligners, etc. - Comfortable with handling objections and adept at closing appointments successfully. - Ability to multitask efficiently by talking, typing, and thinking simultaneously. - Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for this role.
