As a Client & Channel Success Executive at Theia, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and be a key part of our innovative tech-driven real estate investments and leasing platforms. During the probation period of 6 months, you will receive a compensation of 18,000/month + GST, with a promising CTC of 4.5 LPA post-probation. Theia is dedicated to transforming the real estate industry through platforms like Novus, our AI-powered B2B retail leasing ecosystem. With a strong presence in India and a global client base, we collaborate with various stakeholders, including channel partners, institutional clients, NRI investors, and renowned retail brands. Your role will involve managing partner relations, collaborating with brands, assisting high-value clients such as HNIs and NRIs, and supporting internal operations. We are looking for a dynamic team member who can handle multiple responsibilities with creativity and proactiveness. Key responsibilities include coordinating with channel partners nationwide, facilitating brand collaborations, engaging with NRI and HNI clients professionally, and utilizing Canva for creating visual content and supporting communications. We are seeking an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus), a self-starter with a growth mindset, and experience in sales, marketing, or client management. Familiarity with Canva is desirable, or a willingness to quickly learn the platform. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founding members, gain exposure to real estate, investment, and brand operations, and potentially transition into a core full-time role post-probation with increased responsibilities and compensation.,
