Job Description
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Consultant to help us drive growth and scale our IT and non-IT recruitment & staffing business The consultant will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, client acquisition and sales communication with clients Key Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging your network and market knowledge to connect with decision-makers Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities by building relationships with companies in need of IT recruitment and staffing services Build strategic alliances with HR consultancies, tech companies, and other relevant organizations to grow SoDos presence Work with the founding team to develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations that articulate SoDos value proposition Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Eligibility Criteria 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, ideally within the HR, recruitment, or IT services industry A well-established network within the tech or HR sectors will be a huge advantage Ability to develop and execute growth strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers Proven ability to negotiate deals, close contracts, and navigate complex client relationships A track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
