In this role as an Account Manager based in India, you will play a crucial part in managing specific projects and overall account management. Your responsibilities will include developing brand-specific strategies focused on today's digital and mobile consumers, understanding clients" business needs, and translating them into digital solutions. You will be expected to present VaynerMedia strategically, build strong client relationships, and be well-versed in marketing principles and social media platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within VaynerMedia to ensure client needs are met and potential obstacles are addressed proactively. You will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with major brands, delivering presentations aligned with VaynerX principles, and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients. Additionally, you will monitor client relationship health and production costs closely while upholding high standards of performance and integrity. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of account management experience in a creative advertising agency. Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred due to the specific language requirements for social, media, and campaign advertising strategy in the local target market. You should possess a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to set and achieve stretch goals.
