Location: Hyderabad, India Shift Requirement: Must support at least 45 overlapping hours with EST timezone (US Clients) Experience: 5+ years (8+ years preferred) About The Role Were building a specialized EDI Practice to support onshore CLEO EDI client projects from our Hyderabad delivery center. We are seeking CLEO EDI Developers who are passionate about delivering robust integration solutions and supporting global clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support EDI integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) Work directly with US-based clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of EDI issues Implement and maintain X12 and EDIFACT transaction standards across B2B interfaces Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transaction flows and errors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support EDI onboarding and mapping needs Must-Have Skills Minimum 5 years of EDI experience (8+ years preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) Proficiency in X12 and EDIFACT standards Ability to work 45 hours overlapping with US EST time zone Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Nice-to-Have Prior experience supporting CLEO clients directly Familiarity with onboarding new trading partners in CIC,
