Job Description
As a Head - B2C at our leading NBFC in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for spearheading the B2C segment, driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and leading a high-performing team. Your role will involve managing the P&L for the B2C segment, optimizing the customer journey, developing digital lead generation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. You will also be expected to mentor a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction, while staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
