As an Insurance Claims + Back Office professional, you will be responsible for coordinating between clients and insurers for claims processing. Your expertise in handling claims, especially related to health, motor, and fire insurance, will be crucial. You will ensure the submission of all necessary documents from clients to insurers and keep track of claim applications. Additionally, you will provide assistance in policy issuance/log in and address client queries effectively. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in the insurance sector, specifically in back office operations or at a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Strong multi-tasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent job based in Mumbai (Vile Parle East) with a salary range of 3-4 lacs per annum. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
