We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Claims Manager to join our dynamic team. The Claims Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the claims department, ensuring that claims are processed accurately and promptly. This role requires a strong background in insurance, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners. Claims Oversight: Lead the claims management process from initiation to resolution. Ensure all claims are assessed, validated, and processed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. Claims Investigation: Review claims thoroughly, including assessing risk, investigating fraud, and gathering necessary documentation and evidence. Compliance & Regulation: Ensure that all claims are handled in compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company standards. Stay up to date with relevant insurance laws and practices. Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that claims are handled with empathy, professionalism, and in a timely manner. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on claims data, trends, and outcomes for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Problem Resolution: Address any escalated issues, disputes, or complaints related to claims, working to resolve them promptly and fairly.
