This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless claims process and delivering exceptional customer service during sensitive periods. Key Responsibilities: Handle and process medical insurance claims from initiation to settlement. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents and provide updates on claim status. Collaborate with hospitals to obtain treatment details, bills, discharge summaries, and other pertinent documentation. Communicate with insurance companies for claim approvals, clarifications, and status updates. Verify and review submitted claims to guarantee accuracy and completeness. Maintain detailed records of all claim-related interactions and documents. Assist clients in comprehending their insurance coverage, claim procedures, and policy terms. Regularly follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolution. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or authority.
