Assess project and its requirements. preparing structural drawing Estimate ,Bar Bending Schedule,BOQ preparation Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects. Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs. Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades. Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising workers, technicians, and contractors. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects. Lead and direct onsite construction teams. Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget. Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards. Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients. Keep records of site activities, materials used, and equipment on-site. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop project plans and timelines.
