STORE ASSISTANT Ahmedabad, India Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Store assistant to manage and fulfil day to day material demand across our construction sites. This role includes responsibility of manage and oversee our construction site inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of materials, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth operation of our projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically skilled, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory of construction materials, tools, and machinery. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock according to company standards. Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels and update inventory management systems (ERP). Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of critical materials. Support the team in identifying and managing defective or damaged materials. Assist with loading/unloading materials and coordinating material dispatch as needed. Requirements Education: High School diploma or Equivalent. Minimum 1+ years of Prior experience in store management or inventory handling, preferably in the building construction sector. Hands on experience with MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of construction materials, tools and other necessary equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
