Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor Residential Construction Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years preferred Industry: Construction / Real Estate Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, a strong understanding of construction methods, and the ability to manage on-site labour and contractors to ensure timely project completion with quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to maintain workflow. Monitor and manage daily progress at the site, including civil, structural, and finishing work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain site records including labour attendance, material usage, and progress reports. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure rectification. Manage timelines and support project managers in scheduling and reporting. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders for updates and requirements. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction projects. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards. Proficient in reading drawings, layouts, and project documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle on-site issues proactively. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with local construction laws and BMC regulations. Experience with interior finishing and MEP coordination is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
