Civil - CS
Lead for Civil department planning and Execution ,Estate Maintenance, Water Management
Candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, from conception to completion, within budget and schedule constraints. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, budget development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and project scheduling. Manage and oversee the procurement of projects & maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project and Primavera. Candidate should have knowledge of structure design calculation.
Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Experience in managing CSR infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with digitalization and asset management tools.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, Negotiation and decision-making skills, along with a deep understanding of project planning, execution, quality control, and compliance requirements.
