You are a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman responsible for overseeing and managing construction site operations. Your role involves supervising day-to-day activities, managing labor and subcontractors, interpreting civil drawings and specifications, monitoring material usage and work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines. You must have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in civil construction projects and possess strong leadership skills. Your responsibilities include managing labor effectively, reading blueprints, maintaining daily progress reports, and making on-site decisions as required. Excellent team management, communication skills, and familiarity with site safety protocols are essential for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to be physically fit and work on-site full-time during day shifts. Food will be provided as a benefit.
