Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer - STP Operator to oversee the operations, maintenance, and performance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in STP construction, operations, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor civil structures, tanks, and foundations to maintain structural integrity. Supervise construction, repair, and maintenance activities related to STP. Ensure compliance with CPHEEO & IS codes and environmental regulations. Prepare and maintain records of civil work, water quality reports, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for plant optimization. Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance plant efficiency. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to plant operations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in STP operations, construction, and maintenance. Knowledge of water treatment processes, CPHEEO guidelines, and IS codes. Experience in structural maintenance, pipeline construction, and wastewater management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other civil engineering tools.
