Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Civil Engineer / Project Head to lead and manage end-to-end civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, quality control, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the execution of civil projects from inception to completion.

• Prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.

• Monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Technical & Site Oversight:

• Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure design compliance at the site.

• Supervise site activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.

• Resolve site issues promptly and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Team & Contractor Management:

• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, and supervisors.

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely mobilization and execution.

• Conduct regular site reviews and performance evaluations of the project team.

Quality & Safety Control:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at all project stages.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices at site.

Budgeting & Reporting:

• Control project costs by tracking material, labor, and overhead expenses.

• Approve bills, quantities, and verify contractor claims.

• Provide weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management.
