Job Description: The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities for homeowners associations (HOAs) managed by the company. Working on this role requires strong communication skills to effectively liaise with on-site Board of Directors, vendors, and contractors. The Coordinator will ensure that properties are well-maintained, compliant with community standards, and that all maintenance tasks are managed efficiently from a distance. Ideal Candidate: - Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering OR - Civil Engineering graduate with up to 2 years of experience in property management projects. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain close communication with Property Managers for on-site coordination & requirements. - Handle vendor management with precision and professionalism. - Ensure inspection and compliance with all relevant standards. - Manage budgets and control costs effectively. - Excel in communication and reporting with all stakeholders. - Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, coordinating with property managers, vendors, and contractors. - Keep all emergency maintenance procedures up-to-date and ensure they are communicated to the relevant parties.
