Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering Freshers to join our Production & Quality Department at our state-of-the-art concrete manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on exposure to concrete production processes, quality control methods, and plant operations in a global manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Production Support: Assist in daily production planning and monitoring of concrete batching. Support plant engineers in supervising the manufacturing process of concrete products (RMC, precast, etc.). Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies or breakdowns. Maintain records of raw materials, production output, and inventory. Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct quality tests on raw materials and finished concrete as per relevant IS/ASTM standards. Monitor slump, strength, air content, temperature, and other parameters of concrete. Assist in maintaining QA/QC documentation and calibration records. Work closely with quality engineers to analyze test data and improve mix design. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with safety standards during plant operations. Support HSE audits and implement corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred) Basic understanding of concrete materials, mix design, and testing procedures. Strong analytical and observational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to work in plant-based operations (shifts may be applicable). Good communication and teamwork abilities.
