Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising civil works on-site, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the project team and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site civil construction activities for building projects.

Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Ensure execution of work as per approved designs and specifications.

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and labor reports.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Monitor material usage, stock levels, and request procurement as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Report to the Project Engineer/Manager on site updates and issues.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction (residential/commercial).

Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, shuttering, and finishing works.

Familiar with construction materials, labor management, and safety practices.

Ability to read construction drawings and manage on-site execution.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools.

Good communication and team coordination skill
