As an Infoscion, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and design. You will also be involved in conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, and effort estimations to align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Additionally, you will lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Your role will require you to develop value-creating strategies, possess knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, and demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. Furthermore, you should have an understanding of financial processes, different pricing models, and the capability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions. Having domain knowledge in one or two industries, strong client interfacing skills, and experience in project and team management will be beneficial in excelling in this position.
