Job Description

Minimum Experience level - 4 to 6 years

Salary :- 6-6.5 LPA

Notice Period :-15 Days max

1. Manages clients or their own company Citrix system and its other technologies.
2. Checking and controlling the server, and offering solutions to its problems.
3. Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others.
4. Help in organization and management of the business applications.
5. Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
6. Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system.
7. Design and implement platform security.
8. Taking part in upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing it with up to date descriptions.
9. Should strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system.
10. Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business.
11. Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
12. Executing helpdesk calls and classifying cases according to their priorities and accelerations.
13. Understanding and troubleshooting Windows 2008/2021 R2 Operating system related issues
14. Analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining data and implement changes, as required, to achieve optimum performance
15. Making and implementing recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels
16. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, Ability to actively listen and clearly communicate with other teams globally
17. Experience of scripting tools to allow automation of key operational functions a definite plus
18. Deep technical knowledge of Citrix XenApp Core technologies
19. Expertise with remote access and application delivery technologies
20. Enterprise-level understanding of core Windows Infrastructure technologies
21. Must have experience working with managing, operating and upgrading mid-market Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
