Job Description
As a Client Solution Manager, you will be responsible for owning service offerings within a practice. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to identify proactive pitches for clients. You will provide insights to help the pursuit team qualify proactive pitches and create collaterals that support the Sales team in converting suspects to prospects. Additionally, you will focus on creating competitive differentiation by proposing innovative models and solutions based on analysis, as well as developing sales materials for presentations to CXOs and SVPs to generate leads effectively. In terms of pursuing opportunities, you will define win themes, develop pursuit and response plans, and ensure that other participating practices provide inputs aligned with the win themes. You will be accountable for pricing estimation models, seeking buy-in from stakeholders across various units, and forming virtual response teams. Your role will also involve coordinating the customization of collaterals, case studies, and other supporting documents, as well as obtaining approvals from relevant authorities for different responses. Knowledge management will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will oversee the management of collaterals and POVs based on current experiences and customer requests. You will analyze win-loss reports, extract key learnings, and share them with the teams. Identifying and addressing knowledge management needs among team members will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that reusable components in proposals maintain high quality to build a structured knowledge repository for enhanced response efficiency.
