You will be responsible for designing and implementing Cisco solutions that align with clients" business objectives, developing authorized training content catering to a diverse audience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay abreast of industry trends, conducting training sessions for clients and internal staff, customizing training modules based on client-specific use cases, evaluating training effectiveness, staying updated on Cisco services, providing technical support during training sessions, and guiding participants towards Cisco certifications. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven expertise in Cisco technologies and relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE. Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, or instructor is preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, experience in creating training materials, problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively are essential requirements.
