We're hiring a Chief Vibe Officer at GiDiMA and no, this isnt just a fun title (though its definitely that too). Its a full-time leadership role where youll run the show on the floor and shape how people experience our restaurant. Were looking for someone whos equal parts people person, problem solver, team leader, and floor hustler someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences and managing the madness that makes restaurants magical. Youll be the go-to person for: Welcoming guests and managing seating queues Ensuring smooth service during rush hours Handling guest feedback and resolving on-ground issues Planning small in-house events and vibe nights Managing staff schedules, breaks, and team motivation Overseeing hygiene, table turnover, and service efficiency Being the bridge between team and kitchen Working closely with the founders to constantly raise the bar on guest experience Were not looking for someone who wants to just manage. Were looking for someone who wants to own the floor, lead from the front, and create a space people love coming back to.
