Role summary: As the CTO and a founding pillar, you'll shape the technological backbone of our ventures. Youll lead every line of code, every system design, every security layer and set the tempo for tech strategy across products and platforms. This role isnt for those looking to follow instructions. Its for someone who naturally takes the lead before anyone asks. Someone who doesn't just want a seat at the table, but wants to craft the table itself. What Youll Drive: Architect, develop, and ship the first product under the Umbrella brand Define the tech stack no legacy baggage, youre building from a blank canvas Recruit, lead, and mentor the tech team (if the team is ready it's a plus point) Drive platform stability, scalability, and security across our ecosystem Own technology decisions in sync with our strategic vision Collaborate with the founding team for fundraising, growth, and roadmap execution Ideal Traits: Hands on experience in building and scaling tech products (preferably 0-1) Expert level knowledge in full-stack development Experience leading tech teams or working in early stage environments High technical IQ with strong product instincts You make independent decisions, but you're not afraid to challenge your own assumptions Belief in building for the long game, even when no ones watching Why You Might Be the One: Maybe youve led a team before.
