Job Description Danfoss is looking for an experienced Chief Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation across our global PLM IT teams. You will coach teams, drive Agile maturity, and foster collaboration in a complex, product-centric environment. This role is key to improving delivery flow, removing systemic blockers, and enabling value-driven outcomes. Youll support a global Agile community from our innovative Oragadam campus. Job Responsibilities Lead Agile practices across multiple cross-functional PLM product teams in a global setup. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers to ensure Agile maturity. Foster collaboration and alignment across teams working on PLM capabilities and integrations. Identify and remove systemic impediments to improve delivery flow and team performance. Support teams in value-driven delivery, backlog management, and outcome-focused execution. Drive continuous improvement through Agile KPIs, flow metrics, and feedback loops. Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and Agile excellence across the organization. Act as a transformation leader in evolving Danfoss global PLM IT delivery model. Background & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as Chief Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with advanced Agile certifications (SAFe SPC, RTE, ICP-ACC) preferred. Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS. Proven experience in Agile transformations within large, complex, global organizations. Strong facilitation skills across all organizational levels, from teams to executives. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to influence without authority and drive cultural change. Focused on delivering business value, optimizing flow, and achieving measurable outcomes.
