Skills & Qualifications Required - Qfn: B.E.,Civil., - Exp: Must be having 15 + Yrs experience in the Interior field (Or else 5 Yrs in civil and remaining in the Interiors) . - Must be having the Interior projects execution skills and BOQ skills. - Interior execution team handling skills and Client coordination skills. - Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers. - Familiarity with Carpenter team sourcing and coordination skills, Understanding of fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes and TV unit fixing skills. - Quality control techniques and experiences. - Familiarity with the Drawings and Scheduling of Projects. - Decision making skills and sound knowledge in Interiors. - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software a plus.
