Job Description

Job Summary: The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO (or senior leadership team), responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving key initiatives, and aligning cross-functional activities to achieve the organizations goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to act as a bridge between the executive team and other departments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: 1. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the organizations strategic vision and objectives. 2. Act as a sounding board and thought partner for the CEO on critical decisions. 3. Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team. Project Management: 4. Oversee and drive cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects to completion. 5. Track progress on organizational goals and ensure alignment across departments. 6. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or challenges that impede project success. Operational Leadership: 7. Serve as a central point of contact to streamline communications between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. 8. Facilitate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting key discussions, and following up on action items. 9. Oversee operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Team Coordination & Culture: 10. Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment on organizational priorities. 11. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting core values and fostering collaboration across teams. 12. Lead internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged. Stakeholder Engagement: 13. Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required. 14. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and strategic partners. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, operations, or a similar leadership role. Proven track record of driving organizational initiatives and achieving results. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools, CRMs, and office software.
