Join us in reforming education in India! We are an Amsterdam-based startup with a mission to empower the youth with the skills they need to achieve their career goals and life dreams. We are a small but mighty team, led by a visionary CEO and a tech-savvy CTO, and now we are looking for an innovative CMO to complete our founding team. What we're looking for: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector. - Communication Skills: Ability to connect with young people, guide them, and speak their language. - Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and make significant decisions. - Passion & Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for education. Why join us - Unpaid to start: Initially, this role is unpaid, with a time commitment of just 8 hours a week (no weekends!). - Amsterdam Calling: We will fly you out to Amsterdam for 1-2 weeks of full-time brainstorming. Flights and accommodation will be covered! - Shape the Future: This is an opportunity to help shape a concept from the ground up, with the potential to bring about real, lasting change. Timeline: 1. Planning Phase: Collaborative concept development over 3 months. 2. MVP Creation: Assemble a team and prepare the MVP. 3. 6 Months Post-MVP: Aim to raise funds, leading to a transition to a paid position!
