We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our client. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a similar capacity within a listed manufacturing company and possess exceptional leadership and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to achieve long-term business objectives. Oversee the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, financial reporting standards, and listed company requirements. Manage investor relations, communicate financial performance, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders. Address Board queries, provide timely and accurate financial reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Drive fundraising initiatives, capital structuring, and other financial transactions as needed. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification. 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO role within a listed manufacturing firm. Strong knowledge of investor relations, board governance, and compliance in the context of a listed company. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
