We have an opening for CFO profile  .We are looking for someone from the manufacturing unit.
Male candidates are applicable.

Location: Andheri Sakinaka
Position : CFO
Working Days: Mon- Fri (9.30am-6.30Pm)
                        Saturdays: 9.30AM-3PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership
* Develop and oversee the organizations financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans aligned with business objectives.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the Board and senior management.
* Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and capital optimization.

* 2 . Financial Management & Control
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance with accounting standards.
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

3. Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulatory requirements, tax filings, and corporate governance standards.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
* Identify and manage financial risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies where necessary.

4. Fund Management & Investor Relations
* Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding at optimal terms.
* Oversee capital raising, debt management, treasury operations, and investment strategies.
* Communicate financial performance and business outlook to shareholders, investors, and analysts.

5. Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Set clear performance objectives, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure continuous skill development within the finance department.

6. Operational Support
* Partner with other departments to provide financial analysis for key projects, investments, and business decisions.
* Evaluate and approve major expenditures, procurement plans, and vendor contracts from a financial perspective.
* Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and other growth initiatives through financial due diligence.

7. Reporting & Communication
Present periodic financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Directors and senior management.
