As a senior management level candidate for an upcoming resort project with a leading infrastructure company based in Surat, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the project. With a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role within the airline industry, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role. You should possess strong financial management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting within the airline industry. Your ability to optimize financial structures, manage debt effectively, and make sound financial decisions in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives will be crucial to the success of the project. Your role will also involve enhancing operational efficiency, improving on-time performance, and driving initiatives to optimize aircraft utilization. You should have experience in implementing best practices in route planning, crew scheduling, and ground operations to ensure a lean and agile operational model that enhances profitability. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be required to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders such as employees, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
