Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision:

 

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve the company's mission and vision.

  • Lead the formulation of the company's strategic plan, annual goals, and business objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion or diversification in the Indian and global markets.

  • Drive innovation and ensure the company remains competitive and adaptable to market changes.

 

2. Operational Management & Performance:

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational effectiveness.

  • Ensure the company operates within legal and ethical guidelines, adhering to all local (Maharashtra) and national regulations.

 

3. Financial Stewardship:

 

  • Manage the company's budget, financial planning, and fiscal policies.

  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.

  • Develop fundraising strategies and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

  • Ensure robust financial reporting and transparency to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

 

4. Team Leadership & Culture:

 

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

  • Oversee human resource strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.

 

5. Stakeholder Relations & Representation:

 

  • Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for the company to employees, customers, investors, partners, and the public.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and the local community in Nashik.

  • Communicate the company's vision and performance effectively to all stakeholders.

  • Manage potential crises and maintain the company's reputation.

 

6. Corporate Governance:

 

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish and maintain strong corporate governance practices.

  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the Board on the company's performance, challenges, and strategic progress.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and statutory obligations in India.
