You will be responsible for conducting cold callings on the leads provided by the company. Your role will involve guiding and counseling students about the courses offered by the company, persuading them to enroll in the courses. It will be essential to maintain daily follow-ups with all the prospects and leads, with the ultimate goal of successfully closing the leads. The work schedule for this role includes day and morning shifts, and there is a provision for a quarterly bonus based on performance.
